"I really had a wonderful experience staying here. The staff was so kind and the location was really ideal. There is a gas station within walking distance and a coffee shop 5 minutes away. The stay was extremely positive and I have nothing bad to say. I wish I could have stayed longer."

"The house was perfect, the outside needed some work. The stairs to and from the watwr were broken, had loose treads and were difficult for our parents to walk up and down.The vegetation in and around the water was overgrown so we had minimal water access. The row boat, kayaks and canoe were in great condition and we enjoyed using those, however, having to dig thru the pile of life jackets thrown all over the basement floor to find suitable ones was not expected. We had a great time, but unfortunately the lay of the land and exterior stairs were difficult to navigate with young children and older adults."

"We had a good time staying here. Loved the sky lights and the big window, made it cheery even when it rained. Not far from Canoe Restaurant, our favorite! Not far from the old Country Store and all kinds of fun places. All the beds were great! Big! Thank you for having us."

"Has everything you need - great location on the brook and super close to the beach, kayaks, fire pit and firewood, gas grill, lots of seating areas, nice AC. Just expect it to be a bit rustic and have a few rough edges but it's a great value and we had a wonderful week."

"The house is clean and spacious!! Plenty of seating, and great front balcony porches.Huge kitchen snd 2 fridge!!You can walk (15min) or ride to great beach! Stores and activities nearby!! Plenty for the 6 kids to do, even with rain!!Central air was delightful!!Great week!! Bring kyaks or paddle boards and the beach is 2 min away!!"

"The house was perfect! Very cute and charming! The porch had ample space to relax without bugs and the yard and beach / dock area were perfect for our two little girls. The property shares the water access with the family that lives on the other house on site and they were very friendly, though we only saw them once. A 10 min drive to Long Island on Lake Winnie and 10-15 min to restaurants and grocery stores and such. A perfect mix of private and still close to civilization. Can’t wait to come back!"
