"This was our first family trip to the Outer Banks and Shutters on the Banks was a great place to stay. One of the few hotels that still provides daily room cleaning. This meant we had fresh towels and they even vacuumed. The free breakfast and being on the beach was great to have with kids. The two pools were also a welcome break from the ocean waves at the end of the day. Overall, this was a great location on the beach and close to several restaurants and attractions. We will definitely be back!"

"Overall great experience. This is our second time staying in this condo. Family of four just the right size. Location is always something we look for the beach is right there. You can sit on the balcony and watch the waves, or the sunrise, just steps to the sand PERFECT. The owners are another reason we rented again, I reached out to them before arriving with local questions they were happy to help. I had a concern once there and they were right on it to fix it. Great experience, will rent again."

We did a shopping trip in Duck, wild horse tour in Corolla, visited Duck Donuts, dune surfing at Jockey Ridge, and so much more!Was not an issue for our family...but take note it is a full flight of stairs to enter bedroom level/first floor of home. And an additional flight of stairs to enter living/dining area/second floor. May be difficult for some."
