"The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The grounds were beautiful but I would recommend more staff to open the eateries before 4 pm and have pool staff cleaning the area before 10 am. Staff should be washing down the pool areas before the guests arrive not as we are there and trying to walk pass. Other the aesthetics are great I would come back because those are not Major downfall turn points so I think that could be worked on once brought you all attention"

"I could not have been more pleased with this home. It is exactly as listed and the homeowners thought of every last thing one might need. Well laid out, nice finishes, and super clean. We were down for a quick three day visit and it was perfect for us. Beds are comfortable, plenty of towels and a well equipped kitchen. I would highly recommend a stay here if you want a safe, clean home with many extras!"

"We were very happy with the entire property. It was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. There was plenty of different places inside to hang out. The pool was an absolute delight. Clean, no chlorine smell and cool light at nighttime. There were a lot of little details that made it comfortable. Plenty of hangers and drawer space, towels were well made and the bed sheets were high quality. It was located in an area that was close to a lot of places to go and yet in a peaceful neighborhood. There is nothing that we would have changed. We will stay again next year!!"

"Very uncleaned rooms. Unresponsive staff. The place sticks, the beds sheets have hairs, stains bad odors. The showers are dirty with precious customers body and hands traces everywhere. The furniture is dusty. We have our rooms changed two times before we decided to leave to never ever return there."

"We stayed here with our kids and grandkids during their spring break. The house and location is great. The house is very nice, clean and has plenty of supplies. The pool and hot tub in the lanai overlooking the canal were enjoyed greatly by all. There is a grill, table and plenty of seats to relax and enjoy the views and activity on the canal. The grandkids enjoyed fishing from the dock and we all took advantage of the two kayaks and paddleboard. It is a short paddle to the harbor and mangroves. It is also very easy to get to stores, restaurants and the nearby park. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it."
