"This place was awesome. We used the pool everyday! The beds and sheets were so comfortable! The house was so well stocked with everything we needed."

"The entire property is poorly maintained. It is truly a dump. It is Infested with ants and we saw 3 huge cockroaches inside the home. I'm talking THE WORST experience we have ever had. The one toilet leaked water all over the floor-saturating three huge towels, the showers need to be completely gutted and replaced, the ceiling in the one room with a television is cracking and peeling. The couch in that same room feels like you're sitting on a box covered in burlap. I'm not kidding. We stay in Florida 3-4 times a year and have NEVER had issues like this. Our plane was delayed and didn't arrive until 10:00pm. Had it not been dark and we had seen the exterior of this house or even the neighborhood, we wouldn't have stayed. THANK GOD it was a short stay."

"Jen it’s a wonderful host. The accommodations are splendid. The master bedroom has the door out to the pool and the guest bedroom is also lovely with its own bathroom. The place is peaceful and quiet. I saw many water birds and spent hours just looking out over the peace river. I highly recommend."
