"The room had roaches crawling all over. The trash can outside by the dog relief station was frequently full not emptied. Baggies not available for dog poop pickup in the relief area. "

"Rooms were well maintained. My recommendation in the design is to consider lower vanities so allow kids to brush teeth and wash hands on their own. It’s a kids establishment so rooms should design with that in mind. Dublin doughnuts on property was a good option for breakfast, half the price of in house restaurant. Why is coffee and hot chocolate so expensive though! I liked this smaller resort as o felt safe with my kids. The magi quest was a hit so was the ropes. If your kids would enjoy these get the family pass for 6 persons to use adventure park unlimited. "

"Everything was clean just had a few nats flying around but that’s ok"

"This is my favorite Alvin hotel, mostly because there is a ceiling fan. Really helps with the humid weather and air flow. Plus it is quiet and has friendly staff."

"Hotel makes a nice first impression upon entrance, but it and the rooms needs air freshener. The breakfast is st best mediocre. It has just enough variety to enable the hotel to trithfully advertise a complimentary breakfast. Room was clean but rust stains around the tub were unsightly. For the money though it is a good value. "
