What a great property to use as base to explore the Bayfield/Durango area. This property is a well maintained guest house we found to be stock with all the essentials and then some. The owner was very responsive and communicated quickly via the app messaging. Internet is available and several game systems if you need some down time.

Great spot with easy access to fun

Super clean and cute. Close to Mill St for restaurants. About 30 minutes to downtown Durango & 45 to Pagosa. Perfect spot to be central for mountain biking, jeeping and hiking. Also, great bike/hike trails in nearby sauls creek.

A quiet and private experience.

The rental was very clean and well-equipped. Not lavish, but nicely appointed. Location was easy to locate, very quiet and very private. Mattress was comfortable. Wifi worked well. We would definitely stay here again. This Vrbo represents excellent value for the money!!

Very nice guest house

Were in Bayfield to visit son and his family. Spent most of our time at their house. Used guest house for sleeping and showering. It was very clean and well equipped with appliances and the bed was comfortable. Could use some instruction on TV use.

Quaint and quiet

This property is a lovely 1 bedroom apartment located in a quiet neighborhood. It is conveniently located and easy to navigate to. The bed was comfortable but a bit small for us and there weren’t any nightstands but we repurposed the chairs from the kitchen table and that helped. The only reason I gave 4 stars for cleanliness was due to finding a few spiderwebs and 2 spiders and there was some ant activity in the bathroom. I informed the owner and they stated they will deal with that issue so that future guests won’t have that problem. We visit elderly family in Bayfield and will stay at this property again!!
