"Clean room, a large hot tub, very friendly staff, great pool, and a small shop on the first floor is very convenient. No microwave in the room, and no shower door which was not ideal. Overall a great experience!"

"The hotel itself was raggedy as hell. The door to my room was torn up. The toilet system sounded like the cruise ship when you flush. The bathroom door didn't close. The outdoor balcony was dirty and so was the furniture. The noise level was 10 & higher. They slammed the doors to the room from sun up to sundown. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. I am really disappointed in Travelocity and would not book another room through them."

Despite attempting to contact the front desk, the phone in unit 216 was unresponsive. Additionally, the bathroom covers appeared to be excessively soiled and unpleasant to the touch."
