"I travel all over the world for business and pleasure. This was a new visit for me and the showers were the best I have had and even better tham my luxury home. The beach bar is great. Thhe breakfast served to order and the portions were perfect. The room was clean and the king bed was super comfortable. Easy walking to the center of town and was simply the perfect stay. 11 out of 10 Michael"

"The hotel is very well situated with access to the beach. The pool and hot tub were taken care of daily which was a plus for us. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and staff was friendly. The shuttle bus was on time and the driver was polite and helpful with our luggage. I would recommend the hotel to include a small shop with some quick food options like chips, ice cream, juice, milk, gum etc. mainly since the Win Dixie supermarket near by is out of business so there isn't another place within walking distance to buy things like that for kids. Overall, we were happy and would stay here again."

"I had mixed feelings about my stay here. On the positive side, the property itself is clean, parking was easy and convenient, and the outdoor pool was well-maintained. However, our room had a very strong chemical smell from the cleaning products that lingered for two days, which made it uncomfortable to relax. What really made this experience disappointing, though, was the customer service at the front desk. When we arrived, we mentioned it was our first time visiting, but there was no welcome or acknowledgment. Instead, we were met with a cold and dismissive attitude from the front desk staff member, Ami. When we asked about late checkout, her response felt rushed and irritated. She bluntly told us to be out by 11:00 AM, and when we asked about extending, she curtly said it would be $50 until 1:00 PM, again emphasizing we needed to be out by 11:00. The tone was unnecessarily rude. The next day, I asked a simple question about whether our room would be cleaned. Instead of answering, Ami responded with, “Didn’t you just get here last night?!” which came off as sarcastic and unhelpful. When I pointed out her ongoing attitude, she brushed it off and still didn’t answer the question, instead telling me to use the “Do Not Disturb” sign. At that point, I just walked away. It’s unfortunate because the property itself has potential, but customer service like this really affects the overall experience. Guests especially first-time visitors should feel welcomed and comfortable. "

"Great stay at this small hotel that has a nice vibe with outdoor courtyard. The room was clean, great amenities in the room and nice a/c unit. The owners have done a great job with the design and their staff is very helpful."
