Ocean Sky Hotel and Resort

"We loved the direct access to the beach and the pool/jacuzzi area was great. This aspect alone makes the stay a great choice. There are sun loungers on the deck but did not like that we had to pay additional to sit on the beach with loungers and umbrella. That said, a lot of the hotels seem to do the same thing. Our room was okay, definitely was on the smaller side and they put us in the way corner with the stairs furthest from the ocean view after being told by the front desk manager he was giving us a “fantastic room.” There was a partial ocean view but was obstructed by the first floor lobby/store extension of the building. Maybe if you are further down by the ocean you don’t see it as much. Overall we enjoyed our stay and felt it was a good value with the direct beach and pool area."

"Beautiful, classic resort. Check in confusing and resort fee, towel card thing confusing. I should of read this- 'top rated family resort'- so many many children- crowded. Better options for solo travelers. Pool staff and food service staff very friendly, good. Check out- again confusing- bill was wrong- overcharged. Didn't seem like it was any big deal to front office staff- big deal to me."

"Let me start off by saying the staff was great!! There were a couple things in our room that were a little bit annoying. It took probably 3 - 4 minutes before we got hot water to take a shower. The light in the shower didn’t work. The coffee pot didn’t work (they did replace it right away). Something with the TV and remote, it only worked half the time. It was minor things but annoying. "

"Such a hidden gem of a hotel! The front desk staff was so friendly! We were allowed to enjoy the amenities before check in time. Very clean rooms with comfortable beds and bedding. Great views and beach. A lovely pool and the attached restaurant had excellent food. I will definitely stay here again!"

"The room was spacious and the balcony had an excellent view. Only thing I can say, the rooms needed some cosmetic work. The bathroom door could not close properly and the sliding door from the balcony was extremely hard to open. Other than that had a perfect 2 nights celebrating with the wife"
