"En cuanto a los aspectos positivos, el hotel cuenta con una ubicación excelente y muy céntrica, a poca distancia de diversos restaurantes y lugares de interés cultural. Además, hay una estación de autobús justo enfrente la cual resultó sumamente conveniente. También quisiera destacar el desayuno buffet; la variedad y calidad superaron mis expectativas, y el personal fue muy atento en todo momento. No obstante, debo mencionar un inconveniente importante respecto a las habitaciones. El aislamiento sonoro es deficiente, lo que compromete la privacidad. Podía escuchar con total claridad a las personas de la habitación contigua, hasta el punto de sentir que había alguien dentro de mi propia habitación. Asimismo, el ruido proveniente del exterior se percibe con demasiada intensidad."

"The hotel is not bad, in a great downtown location next to the National Museum and close to other attractions. It took about 20+ min to check in because the elevator key cards weren't working and they sent me and several guests to their rooms with the disfunctional key cards. The hallway lights in front of our room was not working letting us go into a dark hallway, and the cover from the main light switch in the room was not working, with the main light switch beside the bed which if it is not on, nothing in the room turns on - which no one told us, but the desk person came up to show us. The room was fine, clean, definitely worth the price, the internet was shotty at best, but the hotel was not bad overall. Good, but overpriced restaurant food, but several other options nearby."

"No amenities in the room, premium room you at least expect slippers or rope, no coffee maker or microwave, there wasn’t a way to make ourselves a hot tea or coffee at night in such a cold city as Bogotá. Breakfast is very limited and basic, on the other hand the staff is very nice and professional but the hotel needs a lot of improvement."
