Bogor generally is safe but roads can be hazardous, watch out for motorcyclist and cars when crossing. 5. It takes about 20 mins walk to the Botanical Gardens as you can only enter by the main entrance in front of Chinatown. So...

"This is an affordable place for everyone who wants to explore Bogor area. The location is perfect, close to shopping center as well as the botanical garden. The main cons for this place is the facilities that are not well maintained, AC remote didn’t work, electricity outage happened many times during my stay, like 4x in the morning."
