"Two guests, perfect size, slept wonderfully, nice neighbors, dock is so fun, we caught a few crabs, fished, watched the tide, even went on a kayak trip from dock down the river, sunrises are unmatched from front, short drive to beach access, host was wonderful and answered any questions we had very quickly. We will definitely be coming back!"

"Rooms were clean but the windows were filthy. Pool and beach were clean.The layout of the condo complex was terrible. Elevator was on one side of the building -should be in the middle or have another on the other end. Walking up stairs is terrible for 76yr old folks with walking problems - especially to the 3rd floor - 40stairs.Bedroom is too small or the bed too large - person on the left side cannot easily get in or out.Took two days to get the wifi settings. Was supposed to be in the welcome letter. Why such a secret? Most places have it listed in the room somewhere. Scuff marks on the floor from the chairs. Felt pads would have solved this problem.There was no beach view - parking lot view was terrible & noisy."

"Pay close attention to the view you are getting! The first photo for the property (gorgeous beachfront balcony) is most likely not your condo, which is deceptive. This unit should not be described as "ocean view" when the property is on a bay. There are literally signs on property calling it a "bay view". Because of this, we assumed we would be on the ocean, but the waves were non-existent and the beach was not as good as an ocean side. More people were using the pool. It was humid and sticky inside the condo, especially at night. It needs a dehumidifier to make it comfortable. We used the ceiling fan, but it was old and made a loud sound. The shower curtain was rusty and fell down multiple times and the shower drain was clogged. The TVs are very outdated and so small! This is a cheap and easy update that would have really improved our experience. Do your research on the location. Here, you are as far out of town as possible, away from restaurants and not within walking distance of the main strip. We didn't like how far we were from everything. This was a last-minute trip for us, so we were working with what limited lodging was available, but we learned our lesson about staying on the north side of the island. You won't get a real ocean experience staying here. On the plus side, it did feel clean. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night."

"This unit was nice. It could use a few more amenities. Kitchen was sparse, a quick trip to Walmart and probably under 100 would take care of this. Kitchen towels, pizza cutter, bread board, tongs, can opener, coffee filters to name a few. No ramp for handicap access (we did not request handicap) Building B, where our friends stayed did have a ramp. Beds were comfortable, nice unit layout, close enough to pool & beach. Overall we had a pleasant stay."

"We had an excellent experience in the cozy Condo. The check in process was explained well, and easy to follow. The Condo was clean and in good condition. We were so glad to see beach chairs and towels provided. Communication was excellent! We had a great vacation!"

"Due to bedroom AC not working, refrigerator not cold enough, wasp nest outside door, washer/dryer not in unit (listing updated since that laundry is outside on the dock), host instructed no toilet paper in toilet at check in, having to empty trash every time bathroom was used we opted to notify host and leave after 1 night. Requested a partial refund for 3 nights not there, was denied and told we shouldn't have much laundry and should not have brought our 5 yr old grand daughter. We live full time in an Rv and are fully aware of marine septic but have never had to put soiled toilet paper in a trash can. Spent almost 900, stayed 1 night."
