The Space:

The Paragon Abode includes a generous bedroom with a super-king sized bed and an additional sofa bed to accommodate groups with up to 4 guests.

Enter this beautiful flat and walk into the spacious living area with sofa and sofa bed, flat screen TV, Sonos soundbar and dining area. The living room leads round to a fully equipped kitchen with wine fridge, Nespresso machine & dishwasher.

The views to the rear are of the artisan quarter and the hills of Bathwick and beyond.

The bedroom is located at the front of the property with a generous super king bed and gorgeous stone walls enjoy a restful night after a day of exploring.

The flat also feature a full bathroom with a bathtub.



Please note that steps lead to this apartment so unfortunately it is not accessible for those with mobility issues.

Once you are parked there is no need for your car. We are in the heart of Bath only short walk to the following;

• Waitrose

• Pulteney Bridge Restaurants and Bars



Getting Around:

The Bath Spa train and bus station are a 10 min walk away. The apartment is very central, everything is accessible on foot but if you prefer you can catch a City Tour Bus. There is no parking on The Paragon but you can park on streets close by.



Other Things to Note:

Parking: You can park outside on the Paragon between 6pm and 8am. There is parking nearby at Charlotte Street carpark or alternatively Manvers Street car park. The daily cost is £17.30 per 24 hour period. There are alternative free car parking locations around the city if you would prefer to leave your car for free in the streets on the outskirts of the city.
