This beautifully converted basement studio has been thoughtfully designed and furnished by local artists and an architect, creating a comfortable, colourful, and contemporary space ideal for a relaxing stay in Bath.

Located beneath a charming family house, the studio enjoys its own private entrance through the front garden, down ten steps on the left, with full-height French doors.

Inside, you’ll find a luxurious super-king zip-and-link bed and a fold-out sofa bed, allowing the apartment to sleep up to three guests.
Please note: the main bed is always set up as a super-king; if you prefer it arranged as two single beds, this must be requested in advance.

The living area includes a TV and a selection of games and books, making it a cosy place to unwind after exploring the city.

A compact kitchenette provides the essentials for preparing light meals, including a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine, along with basic utensils and tableware.
Please note that there is no stove or oven, as this is not a full kitchen setup.

The modern bathroom features a walk in shower, loo, sink, and mirror.

There is underfloor heating throughout for added comfort.

On the Bathwick Hill, 12 minutes walk from the apartment, there is a free street parking.
