Lovely 3 bed house with views, parking and private garden

  • Set on a hill overlooking Bath this spacious home has everything you need for a short or long stay. The property has recently been renovated and is light filled with stunning views from all rooms. It is located in a cul de sac which provides a peaceful stay while offering an easy downhill walk into the bustling centre of Bath.

    Downstairs offers open plan living with a large kitchen and breakfast bar, laundry room, dining and sitting area and conservatory. French doors open onto a private patio and garden.

    Upstairs has 3 double bedrooms. the master has a super king bed and bath room en suite with power shower and rainfall shower, loo and basin. The second bedroom has a King Size Bed and the Third a double bed, these rooms share the family bathroom which has a Bath, Power Shower, loo and basin.

    Parking is available on the drive for one car and additional cars can be parked on the kerb outside. As the property is in a quiet cul de sac this is never a problem.

    There are local amenities nearby including several pubs, convenience stores and cafe's. Within a 5 minute drive you will find larger grocery stores.
