"I think it said no pets allowed, pool was about dirty, friendly ppl, I truly loved my stay thou plus I like the fact that U still have covid 19 instructions around the buildings, I thank U, there was a problem with the girls shower there was blood on the wall which I told the cleaning lady this morning and she got to it straight away,, but apart from that I'm a happy customer 3 to 4 stars.. thanks again guys ... 😁👍💜"

"Had waterview room that was very comfortable. Balcony overlooked the bay and room was quite large and bathroom updated and had all amenities. There was undercover secure parking and a lovely club just across the road that was zero dollars to join and receive discounts of drinks etc. Had an excellent meal there and 2 second across the road back to the hotel. Would definitely recommend for anyone staying at Batemans Bay. Can't beat it. "

"Unsure where the "granny flat" was as there were two houses on the property. It ended up being a large room under one of the houses. It was not separate from the property. Walking to it was dangerous as it was dark and still had construction rubble around. There was no path to it. The TV was not set up and we missed out on watching the footy Grand Final."
