Experience tranquility, seclusion, and luxury within our charming split-level Cozy Bear Cabin nestled amidst a serene wooded enclave. Discover a spa-inspired ambiance with Sauna & Jacuzzi and relish in the utmost privacy while being conveniently close to the renowned Bryce Resort, the picturesque Lake Laura, and the captivating hiking trails of the GW National Forest


The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, kitchen appliances, and all the essentials you need to prepare meals throughout the day, from breakfast to lunch and dinner. Additionally, indulgent bath toiletries are provided to enhance your experience.

*You will have access to the entire house.
* Free parking is available right in front of the house.
* Self check-in with smart lock

We do not live locally but have a local handyman available to help with any issues

**** Please note the SPIRAL staircase in the house to the upper & lower levels.
* Up to 2 pets allowed - $50 pet fee per pet
* Please keep your pets OFF the sofa & beds (bring your own pet bedding)

* PLEASE BAG ALL TRASH - The Trash pickup service does NOT pick up loose trash. They charge us an extra fee for any loose trash & we will need to charge this fee back to you. Being in the mountains, you can imagine how Effort-Intensive - Manual, Loose Trash Pickup Could be!

Wonderful short getaway

This is a cozy and lovely place! The hosts were incredible communicators and we had a wonderful experience. The kids loved the jacuzzi and the adults enjoyed the sauna. This is a good fit for a family with one or two kids.
