This is a lovely house in a quiet area close to Ajaccio(airport and town) and lots of lovely beaches are within 20-30min drive. The house is clean and very spacious - we had plenty of room for 2 families. The outdoor terrace is a lovely space to eat, relax and enjoy the view. The house is really well equipped (only thing missing was an oven glove). The welcome pack of local goods was much appreciated. The village has a small supermarket, boulangerie and lovely restaurant. Noel was a great host - keeping in touch regularly to make sure everything was ok in the run up to our stay. Bear in mind that the bedding and towels are not included in the price. This is paid in cash directly to the property manager at the end of your stay. The property managers were also very welcoming with good tips on the local area.

Agrément inoubliable

Nous avons donc loué (moi et 3 amis) la belle villa de Mr Cipriani du 3 au 10 aout, que nous recommandons pleinement ! La villa est très confortable (spacieuse et fonctionnelle), aussi bien l'intérieur que la terrasse et le jardin. Sur la terrasse, nous avons bien profité de la vue sur la mer, ainsi que de toute la belle nature environnante, sans oublier les magnifiques couchers de soleil ! Nous tenons à remercier vivement le propriétaire Mr Cipriani (notamment pour son "paquet cadeau surprise" d'accueil) ainsi que le concierge Mr Six qui nous a bien accueilli à l'arrivée (sans oublier sa mère qui a bien géré notre départ). Notre séjour en Corse s'est très bien déroulé (avec la découverte d'Ajaccio et de ses environs, sans oublier une belle virée à Bonifacio), avec une grande envie d'y retourner !

Un séjour parfait avec un couple d’amis, et deux enfants. Un emplacement idéal, un cadre magnifique avec vue sur Ajaccio et les îles Sanguinaires. Logement très propre, spacieux, et bien aménagé, une grande terrasse appréciable pour les fin de soirées. De plus, une parfaite communication avec notre hôte, très à l’écoute, disponible et aux petits soins. Bref, un séjour parfait en Corse dans cette villa idyllique. A refaire sans hésiter.

Une villa idéale en famille et amis

Villa très lumineuse et spacieuse avec une vue exceptionnelle sur les îles sanguinaires et la baie d'Ajaccio. Les couchers de soleil sont époustouflants... Elle est idéalement placée, conforme à l'annonce. De plus, l'accueil a été très agréable, nous remercions Lionel et Noël pour les conseils sur les environs. Cependant, une petite remarque sur le fait, qu'il faudrait préciser dans l'annonce que les draps et les serviettes de toilettes ne sont pas compris dans le prix. Sinon, globalement, nous avons passé une très bonne semaine sur l'île de beauté. Merci beaucoup.

Gut ausgestattete Villa mit tollem Meerblick

Diese Villa können wir sehr gerne weiterempfehlen. Für eine vierköpfige Famillie war drinnen und draussen mehr als genug Platz. Sehr schöner Ausblick Richtung Meer und Sonnenuntergänge. Es hat uns nichts an Infrastruktur gefehlt, alles hat funktioniert, wir haben uns über Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern gefreut. Kommunikation mit Vermieter war einfach, Uhrzeit Ankunft und Abreise konnten problemlos kurzfristig festgelegt werden. Ruhige Lage, aber Auto notwendig, um ans Meer zu gelangen. Bei Gelegenheit kommen wir gerne wieder vorbei!

Très bon séjour dans la maison. Parfaitement adaptée pour deux familles (8 personnes au total avec des enfants). Logement très propre et très bien équipé ! VILLA TRES SPACIEUSE

Cette villa est très spacieuse même à 8 personnes adultes vous êtes bien loin de vous marcher sur les pieds. De plus, elle est bien conçue et vous offre une grande terrasse avec une magnifique vue sur les îles sanguinaires et sur le Golfe d'Ajaccio. Les accessoires (tels que vaisselle, four, grille pain, cafetière, cocotte, etc) sont également largement proportionnels et fonctionnels au nombre de personnes désigné pour la location, en bref bien équipée. Villa que nous allons recommander auprès de nos amis.

A tous les amoureux de l'Ile de beauté Nous avons séjourné dans cette villa la troisième semaine d'avril 2011, c'est à dire, hier !!! Rien à dire !!! Tout est conçu pour se sentir à l'aise. Très belle maison, très grands espaces, propriétaire et famille charmants.
