"McDonald’s and Dunkin right across parking lot waiting walking distance. We loved the location o relation to Upstate Bar and Grill and Boca. Both very good bar/restaurants. The Spaghetti all Vongole was excellent and so was my wife’s Chicken Parm. Hotel room bathroom is great water pressure is spot on. Overall very clean and in good working order. We would both recommend this hotel"

"Overall: It’s a beautiful property with a view for miles! Pros: The staff are lovely and very helpful. Each room has a great view over the hills. We had a cozy fire on the lobby and played board games. Cons: it’s a rural property up so the shower water has a bit of a smell. We came in October and I can’t can’t overstate how gorgeous the fall colours are from the property. We had a great stay and would return for sure - but it’s already almost fully booked for next summer. "

"We had an amazing stay at this VRBO! The home was spotless and well-maintained, and the pool was crystal clear and fully fenced in. The property felt very private and quiet—perfect for relaxing after a day at the Cooperstown Dream park. Communication with the host was a breeze; they were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient—just two minutes from Cooperstown Dream Park. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!"

"A great location near Cooperstown Dreams Park. Being on the major highway it definitely can get loud, but it was the perfect location to be back and forth to the park and to visit Cooperstown. Bonus we knew the people who rented the property next door at the same time so it worked out perfectly for us to have the shared driveway and outdoor space! Property was clean and exactly what we needed for the early mornings and late night game schedule at Cooperstown Dreams Park. "

"Excellent stay! Our stay was perfect for our Cooperstown experience. Our son played at Dreams Park which was just a few minutes away. We were lucky to have only 1 rain delay, but super convenient to go back & forth between games, Hall of Fame or other area attractions. The kitchen is fully stocked with every tool you might need to prepare meals. The kids loved the bunk beds, such a great use of space to maximize sleeping options. Our queen bed in the main bedroom was SO comfortable and the bedding was dreamy. Towels!!! There were at least 20! Full size washer & dryer were perfect especially since we had a hot week and did multiple outfit changes. There is a lovely deck with table, chairs & grill. The property is beautifully surrounded by trees and provides a wonderful escape. There is also a fire pit and plenty of firewood for bonfires. Thank you so much for an amazing experience! "

"We loved this house. It is in a perfect location for Dreams Park- we debated staying on the lake and had friends that did, but we were so glad that we were so much closer to the park. Being across the street from the grocery store was great too! The house itself is old (be careful because the stairs are narrow and a bit slippery) but the kitchen and bathrooms are well updated so it didn’t feel like it. And the owners were great and stocked the house very nicely!"
