Unbelievably welcoming.

Was very good in every respect. Such a well presented and managed accomodation if you are self driving. In a quiet area easy to drive to and parking at door. Located minutes by car from the centre of Bayonne where there is central parking and many good restaurants.

Reception staff friendly and efficient. Great liaison prior to our arrival. Sensational appartment in the centre of the village. Also very convenient for the train. Good restaurants recommendations.

A lovely hotel with very helpful staff, free water and croissants in the foyer. Importantly, especially for older folk, there is a lift.

Super option in the centre of Biarritz. Easy to walk to shops and beach but also quiet. Tasteful decoration interior with attention to details. Excellent breakfast. Staff efficient and friendly.

We arrived weary & travel-spent from Australia , but were refreshed by the friendly , helpful, professional staff who greeted us by name. Our room was clean & comfortable , & the grounds were a delightful surprise , & a haven on hot days & nights. The lunch menu was varied , regional & had excellent wine options for matching. We were lucky enough to be upgraded with our room as they weren't full. It was a tremendous experience and we would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were fabulous, there is nothing I can fault about our stay with the exception of the air conditioning. We could not quite get the room cool enough. We swam in the pool and the beach, lunched at the pool restaurant with its incredible view and had dinner in the hotel dining room. Both meals were very good.
