"The location is a little away from the main part of town, it's tucked away through the little alleyways. You'll need to be good with stairs to get to and from this place. There is no view from the ground floor rooms. The room we stayed in was very nice, the space is large and cool. There is AC/Heat units in each room. "The location is very close to the Sassi, which was my main objective. The parking garage was also very close and convenient. Our room was fine, small shower but to be expected in Italy! All good. Now, let me tell you about the sweet host, so helpful! He set up breakfast for us, baked fresh croissants with jams and nutella, made wonderful coffee and offered yogurt, juice, Matera bread ( the best!) we were a group of 6 filling all of his rooms for the night. Perfect stay for us!"
