"Staff was accommodating. There were issues with the control board for the room. As soon as I brought it to their attention they gave us a new room writhing 39 minutes. Then supplied us with 4 drink comp tokens. The experience was overall excellent."

"We had an outstanding stay at the Orida Hotel. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel incredibly special. For our son’s birthday, they surprised us with a banner on our door, balloons, and even a cake such a thoughtful touch! Everything was spotlessly clean, and all the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The pool was excellent and a real highlight for our family. Breakfast was amazing, with a huge variety of options to choose from. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying here! "Have stayed at the Clarendon several times. The staff are always friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant staff. Rooms are clean and tidy, some look a bit dated but that’s not a problem. Breakfast is excellent."

The front desk got us into the room before check in time. And even upgraded our room. The staff in the restaurant was excellent and remembered us and our preferences. The room was excellent."
