"Staff all very friendly and helpful, all inclusive upgrade was well worth it. Entertainment was a nice bonus, would of been great if there was some childrens entertainment but i understand this is only available in school holidays. Food was good, breakfast could be a little hoter though. We were served for evening meal by Lillie, she was fantastic. Easy parking, nice surroundings. The 2 men supporting the reception team who we dealt with were both very helpful and went above and beyond. We would happily return."

"We booked this hotel as we had family getting married there. We knew the hotel must be nice with family getting married there but it was even nicer than expected. We booked family room. Room 325 we were allocated. This room was modern and spotlessly clean. The room was a perfect size and lots of storage space which was great as we had 2 suitcases with us. We had breakfast included. Food was lovely and staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We will defintely be back thank you "

"Loved everything. 2 min walk through garden to the lake, 2 min walk to the village with many restaurant choices. Lovely rooms, gardens and staff."

"This hotel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. Staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast had excellent variety and really nice. Room was large with a a separate sitting area. My husband didn’t like that the tv was in the sitting area so he couldn’t lie in bed and watch tv but I was really happy about that! Hot tub on our balcony was a delight. Cocktail bar was fab and was the pub and the food on offer. Loved our stay here"

"The only downfall was there was absolutely nowhere in the room to put clothes, there were drawers but they were glued shut, no hooks or hangers, and there was no hairdryer when we were told there should be. But great hotel, great location and great staff. My friend is coming back next week! "
