"The room was not clean. They did move us once due to the condition. The second room was worse. The walls were extremely dirty. It looked like there had been water damage and other staining. The rug was also stained. There was no access to the front desk or ice until after 8 am. We had an issue with the room at 5 am and couldn’t get it fixed until 8 when they opened. The staff was very nice and tried to be accommodating. "
