"When I tried to turn off the water in the shower I could not turn the knob.I’m 83 and this has never happened to me before. I called the lobby and someone came up and got it turned off. They also had no means of doing a wake-up call. Staff was very nice though. One of them offered to have someone call me for my wake-up call."
