So easy to walk Portsmouth from this location Truly had everything you need and s living area separated by s door from the bedroom, so handy if one part of a couple stays up later. Great place, has everything and ramp overnight parking with quick valets. Will stay here again when visiting.

Hotel was very nice, and extremely clean and comfortable. Staff member who checked us is went out of her way to answer all our questions before we even asked them, she even pulled out a map of the rooms gave us two options made a recommendation and shared why she recommended it. Then she shared where to go, what to see, food recommendations and more. She shared she’s only been there 6 months, but did a wonderful job helping make our stay even more pleasant!

Valet parking very well done. Great room, lots of space. Friendly staff! Overall- Portsmouth too busy for us, we expected a Boothbay Harbor experience, however Portsmouth has a Boston feel. If you’re ok with a big city experience, you’ll enjoy this location. Our first and only visit.

The hotel appears to be on the newer side. The facility is very nice along with the rooms. The only disappointment was the hotel breakfast. I tried eating there two days in a row and had to throw my food in the garbage. It was inedible.
