"What a beautiful property and amazing location. We’re very thankful we chose to stay at the hotel Rialto. Our time in Venice was fantastic, but made even better last night at this iconic location. Directly on the Canal adjacent to the Rialto Bridge, there’s no better place in Venice to stay. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Venice"

"We had an excellent experience with this hotel. When an unexpected issue came up during our stay, the management team responded quickly, professionally, and with genuine concern for our comfort. They moved us to another room, provided a complimentary breakfast, and issued us a partial refund. Their willingness to go above and beyond to make things right was truly appreciated. The entire situation was handled smoothly and courteously, and we were very impressed with their commitment to guest satisfaction. The hotel is located close-by San Marco square and features an adjoining pastry shop. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel."

"I really enjoyed staying at this Hotel in Venice.It was one of the best hotels that I have stayed at in Europe. The hotel was well maintained, updated, and very clean. The staff are very attentive to their customers and take the time to help customers with their questions and needs. This includes all staff working all shifts. The staff helped me with my questions about navigating around Venice. The staff helped me when planing a train ride to Rome and the staff gave me directions when trying to use the water transportation in Venice. The staff are outstanding at the Hotel. The breakfast was wonderful and had so many great choices to chose from. The staff in the kitchen were so nice, kind, and helpful. I give your Hotel the highest rating. I was extremely satisfied and it is a wonderful hotel. I came back to Venice today for 2.nights at a different hotel and I’m disappointed with this other hotel. I want to come back to your hotel. But, i will make it work for 2 nights. I will recommend your Hotel to my family and friends. All your staff are amazing. Thank you so much for everything that you do. I appreciate how well you take care of your customers"
