"Servicing was not so matter as I didn't really call for servicing only asking for extra pillow and they are charging and that surprise me. Toilet was not really wash properly as the flooring smells urine. The best part is hotel surrounding with multi kind of food and tasty. "Bad Points: ts a very old and rundown 3 level hotel. Its really cheap like $23 - $35 per night. Be prepared to hear loud music after 12mn till 3am. No sound proof room. Can hear very loud n clear for passerby outside your room. Good points : Walkable to Batam city Square and Grand Batam mall. There are famous Lapis No 1, many foodcourt below or opposite the hotel.
