A great modern property in a quiet side street. Perfect central location. The apartment was beautiful and had an amazing outside space for eating outside or sunbathing. I will definitely consider this property next time I am in Barcelona

This was our best Barcelona stay experience ever! As a family of 6, it's often hard for us to find a space that can accommodate us that is also comfortable/clean as well as affordable. I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is fantastic, just steps away from Plaza de España, with easy access to numerous bus and metro stops. Definitely overpaid the floor in one bedroom had old spills on wood floor . The bathroom had mold and it really needs a shower door or curtain floor always wet and a slipping hazard. No balcony as pictures showed just 4 giant garbage bins and a lot of outside noise from people coming in and out of front door and garbage trucks . I did not get my moneys worth.
