My Space Barcelona welcomes you to Barcelona!

Newly renovated and fully equipped and furnished apartment of 80 m2, located in a building with elevator and with optional parking in the same building (30 € / day).

This comfortable apartment of approximately 90 sqm is located in a building with elevator and offers the additional convenience of an optional Private Parking for 30 € / day. Located near the Muntaner metro station, you will enjoy easy access to public transportation and Barcelona's various points of interest.

The apartment has a cozy living-dining room that opens onto a nice terrace, ideal for enjoying moments outdoors. With capacity to accommodate up to 6 people comfortably, distributed in 3 bedrooms with 4 single beds and 1 double bed, plus a double sofa bed in the living room, in each apartment. In addition, if you are a group of more than 6 people there is the possibility of requesting the rental of more apartments in the same building.

✅ Please note the following important information before booking:

- The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).

- The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received alleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

- A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
- The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
