Staff was amazing, the facility was very clean and it’s centrally located with lots of shopping and restaurants walking distance. We would definitely stay here again. The hotel food was expensive and not great, but it’s convenient. I recommend eating outside of the hotel. It’s easy to find delicious and affordable food near by.

Fantastic stay at Granados 83! Great location with lots of restaurants and transportation available. Nice rooftop bar to enjoy an evening cocktail as well. Rooms were quite stylish as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel in central Barcelona

We had a great stay! Beautiful, clean rooms and the staff went above and beyond. The rooftop pool and bar were an added bonus. Centrally located in quiet but walkable area just a short distance from the main sites. The gym was being renovated but they graciously directed me to a sister hotel down the street to access their gym for a workout. I would definitely stay again and recommend!

The location was great and the room was clean but there were a couple of things that needed repair. The staff were mixed, one was helpful and friendly (Nadia). However others needed to up their game. The team member at breakfast did not know the price of breakfast, it was expensive for what was on offer. Some hot dishes were charged as extra including sausages! We brought 20 plus people to the hotel roof top bar for a drink, the team member had trouble keeping track of the drink orders. Finally the bell boy did not help a guest with their heavy case up the stairs to the street or open the door for them, he just continued leaning against the front desk watching him manage it himself. Also, another team member at the front desk would help sort an issue - the roof terrace lights were not on despite the area supposed to be open for guests as a result it was dark and dangerous. He said he wouldn't help as he was eating!!! Shame as it really let down the hotel.
