The location of the hotel is very convenient for exploring and dining options within walking distance. The hotel staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is beautiful inside and the rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The included breakfast is excellent and there are many little additional options such as all day tea, coffee and snacks that are not usually included at other hotels. This was our second time at this hotel and we would definitely recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay. The free breakfast and 24-7 open cafeterias is a bonus. Nice to come back at the hotel to get snacks , frozen yogurt and cold drinks after a long warm days visiting place .

Perfect location for exploring. The room was cozy. Good size for Europe. Air conditioned which was great for August in Spain. Good was good and Buffett was always available. Nice cold beer from the tap when we got back from a day of exploring. Staff was kind to us and accommodating. Definitely will be back.

The staff was super nice, the location is near many transit stops & shops, and the all-day buffet is off the charts awesome, especially when you’re jet lagged! The room was small for 3 people and they charged a daily charge for my son, but that’s the only slight negative, and the rest of the positives outshine that detail. Plus the hotel itself is rich with detailing like chandeliers and balconies to sit and sip a coffee or have a snack anytime of the day. Also, they occasionally have live musicians play, and that was absolutely lovely too. Overall an amazing experience!

Great location. The staff are helpful and polite. Our room was a good size full of light and very comfortable. The open buffet has a hot / cold breakfast and is very convenient for an afternoon snack or a glass of wine in the evening. Some of the reviews we had read were inexplicably negative but we did not encounter any issues & would stay here again.

Smaller Hotel but amenities were phenomenal including a 24 hour buffet and welcome bottle of wine. Location is great and staff the best we had during our trip. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Can’t say enough about this beautiful hotel. We stayed on June 27,2027. Cata the concierge was so lovely. She helped us with tickets for the hop on hop off bus, made sure we were comfortable and our bags were brought to the room. In addition to the lovely room, the food and drinks available was amazing…at no extra charge. When we arrived after a long journey we were able to have some food and drinks right away as we settled in. The location is perfect, close to shopping and attractions. Loved it!!!
