We enjoyed our stay at the Gran Derby. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. We didn't go by the pool, but it a lot of guest were utilizing it. The hotel was very clean and quiet. I personally loved the black out shades, which helped with my jet lag. A lot of small dining options nearby and everything is walkable. Looking for to coming back.

My stay at Gran Derby was amazingly exceptional. From the moment I checked in until I checked out, the crew were great! They even suggested places for me to visit, knowing that it was my first time visiting Spain. I would definitely choose this place to stay at on my next visit. Room was clean and the housekeeping service is exceptional. I can’t wait to go back!

My daughter loved the master bedroom on the upstairs. The downstairs room needs additional lighting, it is a little dark. Overall nice junior suite.

The suite was perfect for our party of 3 and the staff was wonderful. There was construction in front of the hotel (hence the 4 stars for area around the property) but it was located in an area with plenty of restaurants, shops, etc. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and hope to be able to stay at another Small Luxury Hotel.

The stay was amazing. Location is perfect as you are not that far from city centre and main attractions. You need to take a quick public transport to reach anywhere. Bus stop is close by and metro station is 10-12 mins walk away. Overall we had an excellent stay. I would highly recommend this Hotel.

Hotel staff was 10/10. Very attentive and helpful. They also made food recommendations and provided directions. Only issue is the room was damp, as if there was water somewhere. I understand it’s an older building, but the room smelled wet- it’s the best way I can describe it.

Nice, polite front desk staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Close to pharmacy, convenience store and two restaurants. Would have liked more lighting fixtures as the room with the sofa bed was a bit dark at night. Would still recommend.

Stayed for 3 nights. Personnel was great! All of them. They were really helpful and always willing to help and sorry I can not name them but I treat with a few members of their team and all of them were polite and helpful. Location I find was great. It was relatively close to main attractins of the city. Rooms were cleaned and quiet.

Gran Derby Review

The rooms are very nice, but the hotel doesn't even have boiler for the water in the room, you have to check availability with reception to see if they can provide it. And they do not refresh with water and amenities each day. It is nice place with potential but lacks the luxury touch or more the luxury service.

Staff and facilities were very impressive. Even tried out the swimming pool in November. Disappointed with the road works that were happening right outside the hotel. We were not told about them and they were directly underneath our window. Work started at 7:45 am which woke us up.

Nothing extraorinary. Staff generally not interested in its clients, rooms nice although a bit dark and Airbnb-flat like. Nothing exclusive like they tried to adventist for. Would consider this as a decent 3* hotel with bathrobes. Poor soundprotection from other rooms, heard every step the peoplemabove took. Overalt priced for what we got. Took breakfast at a nice place around the corner.
