Perfect location, off Diagonal L3 stop. Beautiful building and the balcony has some of the best views of Barcelona. Communication wasn’t great - we messaged a couple of times and never heard back, and was surprised to find that the kitchen didn’t have many essentials (coffee pods for the espresso machine, salt and pepper etc). Some of the cook ware could use replacement (eg the very worn out plastic cutting boards). All in all, would stay here again and just come with some of the missing items.

The property has a very Good location, but needs maintanance. TV did not work, door of one bathroom broken… i don’t think Apartments should be advertised as hotels or apart hotels. I was expecting something different.

Excellent location for the Barcelona vibe. Our hosts, Viktor and Pablo were always available and made our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommend if you are traveling with your wife and two teenage girls!

Fantastic place

We loved this place! Everything is so close and the restaurant on this same building is delicious! Apartment was clean and organized when given to us and it was comfortable too. The only thing was that we were only provided with two rolls of toilet paper so we had to buy some at a local store, they were not expensive. Besides that everything was fantastic and I'll go back to this place. Terrace will leave you speechless!

The property did not look like the actual apartment listed. It was smaller w/o a balcony, but that was not the problem. First of all, it was not easy finding which apartment was ours as there is no one working on the weekends. Called and got a hold of a woman who did not know how the keys listed with the number worked. She thought the number was the floor and it was actually the apartment number. But luckily I was able to get a hold of Victor who straightened it out and we were able to get inside the apartment. As far as amenities go, it was a disaster. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the apartment when we checked in for four adults and 4days. I asked for a few more rolls which I was told would be delivered in the morning but they were not. We had to go find some on our own and in that neighborhood there are really no markets. It’s very high end so we ended up having to buy tissue paper. The TV never turned on so we did not have that and the safe in the closet did not work either so we could not lock up our valuables and had to hide them. There wasn’t any housekeeping services even for a four day stay so we had the same towels as well with no wash cloths. I tried calling and sending a few emails but they did not answer the phone and did not reply to my emails after the initial one regarding toilet paper. There was an older man as a doorman but we only saw him one time and was of no help. Very Disappointed! Great area but would not stay at Bonavista again.

청결도가 아쉬워요 벌레도 나왔었고, 침대이불은 끝이 다 헤져있었고.. 샤워기필터 누래집니다ㅜ 청결도만 감수한다면 좋은 숙소입니다 Diagonal역 바로앞이라 어디 가기 편하고, 치안도 좋아요 까사밀라, 바트요는 걸어서 갈 수 있습니다.

Muito limpo e confortável

É um ótimo espaço para 4 pessoas. O apartamento é bem limpo e confortável. As janelas da sala e quartos possuem cortinas black out automatizadas. A cozinha é bem equipada, com utensílios e máquina lava e seca. Apesar do box pequeno, o chuveiro é ótimo. Todo o processo de hospedagem foi simples e digital. Pudemos deixar as malas antes do check in enquanto preparavam o apartamento.

La ubicación es increíble. El edificio en general y el apartamento en particular, de lujo. El lavavajillas y la lavadora, mejorables. No vinimos a ver la TV, pero la que había no es digna del apartamento (no sintonizaba los principales canales, no smart tv).

La ubicación es fantástica y las vistas desde el apartamento espectaculares. La cama nos resultó muy cómoda. Está muy bien equipado en cuanto a vajilla y batería de cocina aunque las sartenes estaban un poco deterioradas. Los muebles del apartamento necesitan un repaso. Algunas visagras estaban sueltas y el zócalo inferior de los muebles de cocina también. La secadora no funcionaba y tampoco el secador de toallas del baño.

I would never stay there again... welcome was great. They arranged for a fee for a driver to pick us up from the airport. Well welcomed us into the unit. However, the AC was not working well. We asked for a fan to at least help with the heat. The bed was so uncomfortable and the bedroom was so hot that we ended up sleeping on the floor in the living room. On the second day when we came back from our day activity to the hotel we noticed they entered our appartment without letting us know. At the middle of the night their electric cutron started closing the cutron by itself. Very uncomfortable place to stay.
