Lock out of the hotel
The front door of the hotel did not open one night, no one answer the emergency number for 2 hours,we and another 5 guests had to stop a police car the had to break into the hotel. I understand that doors can become faulty but the fact that no one answer the phone it was awful for us, we nearly became homeless for a night and that would have ruined our 3 day city trip. Next day management did apologise but were unable to tell us why the phone was not answer.

Clean and convenient at a very economical price. The welcome could not have been warmer or more efficient. Bathroom clean but was rather clumsily put together and had a constantly running toilet and no hot water at the basin (though shower was excellent) making it rather uncomfortable and noisy.

Lovely reception area, good sized rooms and bathrooms with better showers that expected Only problem I would say is that bins were not emptied in the 3 days we stayed there, other than that it was a great stay We were a little concerned when we first arrived as we did not know how to get in and the whole front face is frosted over, but soon realised there was a doorbell high at the side of the door and no problems from then

Excellent location. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Bathroom and shower new and convenient. Loved the refrigerator, nice to have cold water and beverages. Staff was helpful with maps and suggestions. Many cafes and bakeries in the area. Close to Metro stations.

Like how clean though basic. The fact there was a fridge in the room. One disappointment no tea or coffee facility in room. That you have made a great difference. Near to Sagrada Familiar which was great to see at different ti.es in the day. Not much choice for vegetarian in breakfast menu.

Can water flowing from the downpipe. Room is clise to staircase, so can get quite noisy at time. Very small room, ask for double bed but got twin single beds instead

It is a cheaper hotel so my expectations were not the highest The room was small and.dominated by the bed The toilet was not ensuite but that was OK on this occasion. The place was clean.

Nice hotel, easy access to city
Its Great hotel in nice place where its close to city. Travelling is easy from the place as Metro is near by. The beautiful sagarda Familia view.

Good hostel
The location is outstanding! Less than 5 minutes walking from Sagrada Família. It's a hostel so you can't expect the same service and comfort of a 3-4 star hotel. If you are going alone, that's the best option. Very clean by the way!

Bed slats need replacing
Cleaned daily. Decent place with a good shower and bathroom. Only issue that I had was one of the beds' wooden slats kept falling off whenever I shifted or moved in bed which was really annoying because it would happen in the middle of the night and I would end up sinking in the middle of the bed. Clearly, it didn't just happen to me because one of the slats were strapped in by a cable tie. Overall, place was good for the price

Unless you arrive before 6pm, the check in process is horrendous. They send you to a different facility located 30 mins away to check in and get the keys and send you back to the hostel without any forms of transportation provided. I've stayed at plenty of hostels and hotels, this is definitely the first for this kind of awful check in process. In addition, the bathroom and room had a weird funky smell and make awful noises after each toilet flush. Not worth the money and will not stay at similar facility in the future.

Excellent location close to everything
Location and staff excellent. Rooms clean and basic. Likely to be noisey if busy. Staff service was excellent, really helpful and accommodating.

Personalet var super venlig og hjælpsomme. Stedet opfylder de besale behov for et sted at overnatte, men heller ikke mere. Det levede op til forventningen. Værelserne var dog meget varme og vi kunne ikke få aircondition til at virke. Ellers var der ikke noget at beklage sig over.

観光地や、地下鉄などへのアクセスがよく効率よく徒歩でも移動できる。サグラダ・ファミリアの近くなのでサグラダ・ファミリアを目印に移動でき土地勘がなくても安心して行動できる。 ただ施設は壁が薄いので隣の部屋の話し声や、足音、清掃などの音が筒抜けで少々賑やかです。 シャワーは海外では珍しいほどに高圧かつ温度管理もしっかりしています。 泊まるだけ、寝るだけでしたら最高の立地だと思います。

Muy buena experiencia, excelente ubicación (3 cuadras de Sagrada Familia) lugar agradable para llegar a dormir y muy limpio. Si vas a pasar más tiempo en la habitación o quieres más comodidad, es mejor irse a un hotel, pero este lugar me sorprendió mucho, tiene un espacio para comer y calentar comida y agua. Excelente atención del personal.

A localização é boa, o quarto é aconchegante, o wifi é excelente, entretanto, o isolamento acústico é péssimo. Acima do quarto havia um apartamento com crianças correndo e móveis sendo arrastados todos os dias, atrapalha muito o descanso.

Lits confortables, salle de bains refaite à neuf mais mauvaise odeur due à l'humidité. La chambre est correcte mais très sombre et bruyante (ronronnement constants des VMC , Personne qui marche une partie de la nuit avec des talons. Petit déjeuner sobre. Bonne situation à Barcelone où la majorité des immeubles sont anciens et sombres.

Posizione ottimale, in un quartiere pieno di locali e a 2 passi dalla metro. Unica pecca, il personale non parla l'italiano, quindi se non si sa un minimo di spagnolo, è impossibile comunicare.
