Lock out of the hotel
The front door of the hotel did not open one night, no one answer the emergency number for 2 hours,we and another 5 guests had to stop a police car the had to break into the hotel. I understand that doors can become faulty but the fact that no one answer the phone it was awful for us, we nearly became homeless for a night and that would have ruined our 3 day city trip. Next day management did apologise but were unable to tell us why the phone was not answer.

Clean and convenient at a very economical price. The welcome could not have been warmer or more efficient. Bathroom clean but was rather clumsily put together and had a constantly running toilet and no hot water at the basin (though shower was excellent) making it rather uncomfortable and noisy.

Lovely reception area, good sized rooms and bathrooms with better showers that expected Only problem I would say is that bins were not emptied in the 3 days we stayed there, other than that it was a great stay We were a little concerned when we first arrived as we did not know how to get in and the whole front face is frosted over, but soon realised there was a doorbell high at the side of the door and no problems from then

Excellent location. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Bathroom and shower new and convenient. Loved the refrigerator, nice to have cold water and beverages. Staff was helpful with maps and suggestions. Many cafes and bakeries in the area. Close to Metro stations.

Like how clean though basic. The fact there was a fridge in the room. One disappointment no tea or coffee facility in room. That you have made a great difference. Near to Sagrada Familiar which was great to see at different ti.es in the day. Not much choice for vegetarian in breakfast menu.

Can water flowing from the downpipe. Room is clise to staircase, so can get quite noisy at time. Very small room, ask for double bed but got twin single beds instead
