Great location. Close to Barcelona Sants station and Espanya Metro so very easy to get around the city. Friendly and helpful reception staff.. Room was comfortable and spacious, but lighting was very dim. Room was always a little dark.

Good location

Nice employees, especially the guy working the night to morning shift who had wonderful service and spoke English well. 8 minutes on foot from the metro, and 5 minutes to bus stop for Airport Bus. However, there aren't many restaurants around

A frosted window to hide a wall view never again

I had read good reviews for this hotel. The staff is nice, the room was clean and big but the view was more than awful. For the price you pay you expect something else not a wall and frosted window to hide it all . Unfortunately it really put me off and it felt very claustrophobic. Not sure why I was put in that room booked a double ended up in a room with three beds. The hotel was far from full and there were plenty of room at the front unoccupied. Bad experience for me ,wont be returning.

Great location

The location is great! The hotel is in a main avenue, all the bus and metro lines have stop there, including the airport line. We got a clean family room for four nights. Unfortunately they didn't clean the bathroom the other days. They cleaned the room and did the beds every day, but the bathroom stayed unclean. Plus, there was a blockage in the shower. So, the location is good, the price is reasonable, but, they could clean better.

Spartan but acceptable

Staff were lovely and super helpful but for a hotel in the city charging what they were charging I was hoping for a bit more comfort. I was traveling with my wife and two teenage kids - the A/C was set around 24C/75F so it was manageable but not comfortable for sleep. Beds and pillows were meh. Noise from the street was considerable but not a huge problem. The area was nice - some good restaurants nearby and the metro was quite close. But I can't say enough about the staff - super helpful.

Hi, We had a family trip for 5 nights in Barcelona. Unfortunately, the hotel was not worth the price we paid. Friendly staff, but the hotel is worn out, old, cramped—especially the parking. I have never experienced such a tight parking space; it took me 10 minutes every day just to get in and out. It was also tiring to have to open the gate. So, no from me for next time. I would rather pay more for another hotel than stay at this one.

Convenient location, comfortable and friendly hotel. Only concern was the lack of bedside table, outlet for the window side of the downstairs bed. We stayed two nights and were very happy with the stay.
