The air conditionjng did not work. No early check in available, but did hold our bags for the dsy so we could explore the city!! No airport shuttle. We were called a taxi which took 25 minutes. Staff were lovely. Buffet breakfast was good but not enough seating for the number of guests.

I recently stayed at Hotel Acta Azul and was very disappointed to learn that the air conditioning is automatically deactivated whenever the outside temperature is considered “cool” by the hotel. This is not something they tell you when booking, and it makes a big difference in comfort. My room became warm and stuffy, and the only option they offered was to open the window, which means dealing with constant noise from the busy avenue right outside. For a hotel in this price range, this should be clearly communicated in advance so guests can make an informed decision. If you’re sensitive to heat, need consistent climate control, or prefer a quiet room, this is something you should absolutely be aware of before booking.

Muy limpios los cuartos, las camas y las almohadas muy cómodas, todo el personal muy amable a excepción de la muchacha que está atendiendo en los desayunos muy geniosa no responde los buenos días y se molestaba si le preguntaba uno algo, los baños tienen moho en las esquinas pero no fijándose pues está bien la habitación de acuerdo al precio, los señores del lobby amables y dispuestos a ayudar. Tal vez la próxima vez que llegue ahí no pagaría el desayuno creo que no vale la pena.

Hi, We had a family trip for 5 nights in Barcelona. Unfortunately, the hotel was not worth the price we paid. Friendly staff, but the hotel is worn out, old, cramped—especially the parking. I have never experienced such a tight parking space; it took me 10 minutes every day just to get in and out. It was also tiring to have to open the gate. So, no from me for next time. I would rather pay more for another hotel than stay at this one.
