"Room was just big enough and clean. A bit noisy but hey it’s downtown Boston what can you expect. No VIP upgrades or drink vouchers were given. Bathroom sharing was fine but some people have the bathrooms pretty messy with their towels and stuff. Convenient location nice staff."
"Jackie at the registration desk was very pleasant and accommodating. She recognized me from a previous stay and welcomed me back! In addition, housekeeping staff, food and beverage were very good. "
"Everything about this hotel (except for the valet parking and the stupid "resort fee" which I absolutely detest) makes it my new favorite place in Boston. Location, housekeeping, bed and linens, amazing shower with controls in the right place, aromatherapy-worthy amenities, blackout shades that actually work, great restaurant breakfast, helpful and friendly front desk staff, gorgeous public spaces, new gym, everything great."
