"The elevator wasn't working, but the staff helped bring my luggage to the room. There's no AC, but they do provide a fan. The hotel is located in a very convenient area and you can walk to restaurants, parks and shops. They have free parking. The restaurant next door has very good food."

"Nice studio apartment, conveniently located in a safe part of town. It’s very walkable and has several public transportation options near by. I recommend putting an AC unit since it does get warm at times. Had to sleep with my window wide open. Unfortunately my unit never got cleaned in the time I was there."

"Nice breakfast, nice rooms and the staff was very helpful and kind!! Only problem I see is the bad odor in the elevator and the room hallway, but besides that everything was perfect! The chilaquiles were really good"

"A great place to stay in CDMX, especially if you want to be in the heart of Roma Norte. There are plenty of excellent restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, and the metro and bus are both nearby, making it easy to get around the city. I’d give this place a 5/5. It was clean, felt authentic to the neighborhood, and my apartment had a well-equipped kitchen. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout my stay."

"Muy buena ubicación y accesible a diferentes lugares y transporte. El personal de recepción es muy amable. No es un edificio nuevo, pero si las instalaciones y las habitaciones si son recientes y son muy espaciosas y acogedoras. Lo que no me satisfizo fue el servicio de limpieza, tuve que llamar en varias ocasiones para que me cambiaran toallas, así mismo, no dejaban insumos de aseo. Así mismo, aunque era un desayuno continental, pareciera que no tienen dimensionado el volumen de huéspedes, pues antes de las 9 AM se agotan los insumos y no hay reabastecimiento, al preguntar la respuesta fue “solo eso tenemos”"

"Better than anything we liked the location. Very safe and walkable area. Full of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The apartment we had it was very comfortable for our group of 3. The staff was very kind. We will recommend it!"

"The hotel was situated in the BEST location: it was close to everything you want to see and do! I enjoyed the view to the city as well. I had a sixth floor room and it was truly magical. I also loved how much space the room had, and it included parking! A true gem in Roma Norte! Would highly recommend staying here!"
