"We stayed 7 days. We had fresh towels and beds midweek and we had one issue that was taken care of quickly. The breakfasts were very good! Thank you for a very enjoyable stay. We come to visit family and will be staying here again!"

"The house itself is fun and comfortable. The location, although on a very busy street, was in a good location for our purpose in town. The drawbacks were that it felt like people just left and the house wasn't cleaned. The kitchen and bathroom floors were sticky and not all of the beds seemed as though the sheets got washed. The carport would serve better as an actual carport as it was raining upon our arrival. The landing at the bottom of the stairs is tricky because it blends in with the floor. Four out of six of us almost fell - age range between 17 and 78. This house would be a five star if it had been clean. I understand that it's a pet friendly house but that should mean a deeper cleaning after each visitor. It has plenty of space but just missed that mark of being great. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO houses and this one was one of the most disappointing. No extra trash bags, not enough hand towels and the thermostat is not easy to work. I don't think the managers got any of my messages so we never actually communicated. Could be a VRBO issue because the only way I messaged them was through the app. Would love to see this house do well because it has so much to offer. It just needs a deep clean. Also, the gutters are completely full and the city trash hasn't been taken out in a while. Good luck! Just a little elbow grease and some outdoor maintenance and it would be so perfect!!
