"My room was clean, however, I did notice there was still hair in the sink and water still came out of the faucet when taking a shower. So it felt like a shower bath. When checking in, I was not told they charge for parking nor did I see it in while booking the room. I’m used to breakfast being included with the stay of the hotel. However, the breakfast was not included despite how much you’re paying for the room ($200/night). You have to pay $12 extra if booking online for breakfast and if you don’t include the exact number of people with you, you or them will have to pay for their breakfast. The staff was friendly and loved the woman who waited on me and my children at breakfast. "

"The entire hotel smelled of weed. Room smelled and had flies in the sink. Almost every surface had stains: carpet, walls, couches, beds. We booked since it had a kitchen and they provided nothing to use in the kitchen so it was essentially useless. Not blankets on the bed. Sheets only. Two tiny pillows on the bed. Major water damage in bathroom with rotting floor boards. "

"Hotel undergoing renovation. That’s fine. -They told me to expect construction noise beginning at 9 am. They did NOT tell me, however, that housekeeping begins BANGING on the doors at 9/9:30. Before this, in 30+ years of travel and hotel stays, I’ve never before been told that I HAVE TO put the dnd sign on my door to prevent housekeeping from waking me up. The housekeeper (was very polite and apologetic) told me “they said [room #] was checked-out!” The front desk, on the other hand, was indignant. They could use a reeducation in hospitality. Beyond that, room was nice, price was good, location was convenient. Would recommend. "
