"Luxurious, quiet room with a comfy bed. Very convenient location, ~25 minute walk from the museums and imperial city and ~5 minute walk to the restaurants and shops on the walking streets. They had some construction going on in front of the building, but mostly not an issue. I would gladly stay here again."

"Have received a particularly special service at this hotel. I enjoyed my night booked here, so decided to book another 2 nights.
This morning, the phone in my room rang and I was offered a room upgrade, for free. I had a look, a nicer room but decided to stay where I was, which I understand now, was an upgrade itself!
A maid just (12pm) brought round a plate of fruit, just when I was thinking about going to get something to eat.
I might have to stay another couple of nights!!"
