"A beautiful room with fabulous aesthetic features and a wonderful city view. The room was cleaned daily with fresh laundry.
The staff at reception and in the lobby area were attentive, brilliant, helpful and supportive throughout my stay.
I also loved the 'sky bar' and excellent cocktails."
"This is probably the friendliest hotel I have ever stayed in. It wasn't because they felt they had to be nice but genuinely all just seemed to be lovely people who couldn't do enough for me. Without trying to sound trite, it really was nice to come back to every time as they all seemed so pleased to see you.
I thought I would be late arriving, as there was an issue on the railway line from Da Nang, so I messaged the hotel. Unlike most places I contact, the reply came back almost straight away. They welcome I got when I arrived was so warm, and the property so beautiful, I immediately booked for an extra night and would happily have stayed forever.
I had a spa with Su, which I think originally should have been 60 minutes. However it took as long as it needed to and rather than just being a set massage from the menu, it was entirely suited to my needs and I felt incredible after.
The amazing manageress informed me at breakfast on my final day, that the railway line was again closed but she arranged a private car, that cost me less than the Grab I had to get on the way there. The driver did a detour via the spectacular Hai Van Pass and stopped at the top for me to admire the view at my own pace.
I would love to back to this hotel or the other one they have. I even purchased a bottle of the scent you can smell throughout the hotel, to remind me of my stay."
"We loved this hotel, the room and grounds were amazing. We only ate in the French restaurant but that was great. My only comment would be the amount of “influencers” that seemed to be around, who, from what I could see would buy one drink and then spend the day wondering around taking pictures of themselves, also on one of the evenings we wanted to sit in the bar, but there were so many young people taking pictures of themselves and their drinks we didn’t feel comfortable just having a quiet drink so left. I think this could be easily resolved with clear signage limiting access to non guests to certain ateas such as the pools and gardens and restricting the amount of non guests, maybe by introducing a booking system. But overall an amazing experience."
"The Imperial had impeccable service - especially from Van Duc the doorman - and the location was great. Highly recommend staying here. The breakfast served as well was fantastic."
"Staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. Our room, whilst quite large, didn't have a window and the black furnishings weren't to our taste and also highlighted dust in, for example, slatted bathroom door. Breakfast was good. Location was excellent. Dinner not served in the hotel, but lots of excellent options close by."
"I have been travelling in South East Asia for 2 months and I can honestly say that this was one of the most pleasant places I’ve stayed, particularly given the amazingly good price and the incredible location right next to the entrance to the Imperial City. The hotel is modern, the room is spotless and smells nice, the staff are nice and helpful, the furnishings are new, the TV, shower and AC work well, it’s quiet and breakfast is provided (good coffee!). "
"Nga done a magnificent breakfast eggs bacon fresh fruit yoghurt freshly squeezed orange juice. Rooms we're lovely and comfortable. Location was perfect for imperial city."
