Staff were quick to change rooms to one overlooking the amazing garden and swimming pool. The swimming pool is fabulous and great for swimming a few laps after a day of activity. Location is close to evening activity without being in the middle of it. Staff were always helpul with anything we needed. Breakfast wasa good selection and range. A great base for our vacation."

"We were greeted and our bed preferences were accommodated quickly. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had booked a private driver through Viator who no-showed; Nhien at the front desk helped us book a last-minute private driver through the hotel instead. Zero credit card fees. Pickup within minutes! The bellboys were also extremely helpful - one lent me his phone to try to call the no-show driver. He also helped us book a Grab to the Citadel the following day. We have no complaints. This establishment really goes above & beyond. We highly recommend!"
