Staying on Sugar Mountain is already a wonderful vacation, but staying right on the slopes with the view and easy ski access makes your family ski trip even better. You can watch the skiers zip by from the balcony with a hot chocolate in hand, or you can step out the door and join them yourself. After a day of shredding the fresh powder, you can thaw back out next to the wood burning fireplace in the living room. This lovely gated community condo has everything you need no matter what season you are here for.

White water rafting is just a few miles away via High Mountain Expeditions, zoom across the treetops at Hawksnest Ziplining, or catch the breathtaking views walking the Mile High Swinging Bridge.
