About this property

Newly renovated condo with breathtaking views of Grandfather Mountain!

  • This gorgeous, recently renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located on the seventh floor of Sugar Top. With endless views of Grandfather Mountain, pool access and minutes from the Slopes! Featuring modern appliances, brand new furniture and completely updated bathrooms this unit is sure to have everything you could possibly need during your stay. With a king bed in the master and twin/full bunk bed in the guest room, this unit will sleep a family of 4 very comfortably. You will have full access to the heated indoor pool, hot tub, saunas, and weight room in the first floor Lobby.
    Sugar Top has a shuttle system. Please be advised that the parking shuttle is run by Sugar Top. Resort Real Estate and Rentals has no control over the shuttle system.
    All Sugar Top Condos are Non-smoking. Absolutely NO PETS. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign rental agreement upon booking.

    There is also a Sugar Bus stop at the entrance that will transport guests to and from the ski resort. The Sugar Bus runs on weekends and holidays during ski season.
