Astonishing mountain views greet you right from the front door of this deluxe 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium. This unobstructed vista is complimented by a stacked stone gas-log fireplace, gourmet kitchen, and walls adorned with tasteful fine art. Soak in the luxury from the comfort of the new leather couch and loveseats, or literally, in the large tub of the spacious master bath. The gorgeous dining area will beckon irresistibly to all guests, but don't forget to enjoy a breathtaking sunset from the 300 square foot deck before retiring to the master and guest bedrooms, which feature king and queen size beds respectively.

The views are phenomenal, the place is perfect size and has everything you need! Very peaceful and quiet. We came this Thanksgiving and last Thanksgiving. Probably going to make it our go to place from now on for Thanksgiving vacation.

2nd time in this space. Very nice furniture, well equipped kitchen and breathtaking view. Only down side is you have to take a flight of stairs down to it. Kinda difficult if you have heavy bags.

Ski Trip

We take an annual ski trip to sugar mountain. We found your listing and it was perfect! Our only wish was an 11:00 check out time. We went night skiing, so we came in late. We wished we could have enjoyed the place a bit longer yesterday morning. Very cozy and clean, loved the view!

WOW - clean condo and fabulous view

This was one of the cleanest rentals we've ever used. The picture from the porch didn't do the actual view justice - gorgeous! There was plenty of space for our family. We really appreciated the amenities that were provided. As mentioned in the description, you may need a 4-wheel drive vehicle. We experienced sleet/snow in early April.

Nice mountain condo

Very nice condo that had everything we needed for our family trip to the mountains. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Lots of twists and turns on the road to the condo, but we had no problem getting to or finding the condo. The condo is a 10 minute drive from the Sugar Mountain ski area with no traffic. Be aware, parking is severely limited at the ski area; if you don’t get there early, you may not be able to park.

Great property!

The pictures don’t do it justice. This was one of the best properties that we have stayed at so far. The view was amazing and the surrounding towns were great! I highly recommend it! If I had to say one negative thing, it would be that the trash receptacles are not convenient. We had to drive to throw out the trash when we left the property. Not that big of a deal, but a little inconvenience on an otherwise perfect stay.

Best that we’ve stayed in at Sugar Mountain

This two bedroom home was perfect for us. The entire place was immaculate, had plenty of towels, linens, blankets, etc. The kitchen had everything and was set up thoughtfully. As others have noted, the views are outstanding. The drive to the Sugar Mtn parking was 11 minutes and easy. Only one thing that would make this better - the second bedroom would benefit from an additional lamp or change the existing lamp to a three-way to increase the brightness at night. We are already planning to schedule an autumn trip and hopefully stay at the same home!

A "Model Home" experience in the mountains!!

Thank you for sharing your home with us! We truly enjoyed the stay! It was super clean and exquisitely presented! We felt like we were walking into a model home! It was so much like home, we have the exact livingroom coffee/end tables in one of our homes!! Lol. So we must say you have great taste! We loved the view off the deck and from the livingroom & master suite! We truly enjoyed our stay! And as a bonus, the Vacasa website/app made the reservation/check-in/check-out a breeze! And we appreciated the txt from Vacasa advising us the home was clean and available for early check-in. Everything regarding our stay was awesome! We tried to stay a few more nights, but unfortunately it was booked. We will definitely return if we are in the area again! A+++++ Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great stay

As soon as we opening the front door, we were pleased with the VIEW, the 5000' elevation condo provided and the apportionments within. The furniture throughout was very comfortable. The fireplace was welcomed to salve the disappointment of the cool rainy weather (40 degrees in May) and windy conditions. As a result we were not able to enjoy the deck either, but it was taunting us the whole time. For the most part, all necessities are included except a couple of minor items in the kitchen. Driving up and down the mountain was easy (except for snowy weather I'm told) to navigate and the location was close to a lot the Smokies have to offer. There are no trails, eateries, or outdoor fire pit at the condo, and smoking is not allowed on the property. Not a problem for us. WE thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and look forward to visiting again. The rental process was excellent with rapid responses to every text sent and question asked. We highly recommend the rental.
