And they do try and upsell you to the Wyndham program. Also, we have stayed there before and it seems there is no record of our previous stay, so it was like we were first time visitors. Would have been nice to be recognised as a frequent visitor to the hotel. But, as I state, we have stayed there before and will again. It's just little 'staff'...

"I loved the staff and their customer service but the place was under maintenance. First room had a very strong moldy smell and damp carpet. Second room that we were shifted too was quite nice but someone was smoking Marijuana in the room next or above so we could smell it through the doors even though there is a sign saying no smoking allowed. Shower pressure was very weak and dribbling. However the customer service was excellent"

"We had a wonderful stay at Rolling Surf this weekend! We stayed here over a decade ago with family a few times, and I truly believe the property is even nice now than back then. The management of the property seem to keep things really updated and in neat condition. Not to mention it’s a super easy to navigate car park, with heaps of street parking around if needed for additional vehicles. It’s a wonderful location, with great views and great food available from the shop fronts down stairs. It’s walking distance to ‘downtown’ Caloundra as well. The receptionist when we arrived Friday night was so lovely as well, she really set our stay off to a good start."
