The location on Banff Avenue was excellent. We could walk to stores, coffee shops and restaurants. The room was clean but the carpets could use replacing. The ceiling fan did not work but the front desk made a note. If you want an experience, this is not the hotel for you. If you want a clean bed and central location at a lower price, I recommend this hotel.

Front desk staff didn’t seem to know how to get to their own parade neither did they know if you need the key fob to get out of their parkade(you don’t). Place was OK. Had a Queen bed that was significantly grooved for each person sleeping in it….its time to get new mattress. . It is very conveniently located on the main drag and it was very quiet, I did appreciate that. Online(Expedia) says there is no elevator but there is….

The room was clean and tidy and perfect for the price. No breakfast included, but all restaurants, coffee shop and shopping closeby. Unfortunately, due to street construction, the parking lot was a challenge to get to and from. More of a concern was the unexpected noise from the street, until 3 AM. Nothing the hotel can do about that, but it did make for short nights of sleep. Otherwise, the folks at reception were great and it was a very nice, usable room, in a location convenient to almost everything in town.

The ONLY decent part about this hotel was the location. This hotel was grossly over priced, not clean, no plug ins available, no AC (which we knew) noisy fans, a screen that kept falling out on the 3rd floor. Book elsewhere!
