"Extra charges for no reason by this hotel. I booked my stay with hotels.com, checked in and paid for my stay. Upon checkout the front desk said I owed additional amount which was over double that I already paid hotels.com! I almost missed my flight going back and forth with the front desk. It was a complete nightmare. This hotel obviously is running a scam on foreign tourists by trying to change the hotel price after check in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE"

"It is a comfortable hotel, nice people, in the heart of down town, but walking around at night is a bit danger, as it's on the other side of the "train" line. It will be very difficult to make breakfast if you use a wheelchair, because it has stairsall around!! Becareful if you want to pay in the accomodation, the Hotels.com will charge you in the day you book it! "

"There is zero management to speak to and no way to even speak.or meggage them crazy the bed had sperm and qubic hair on the bed and poor staff zero ability to do anything about so booked another hotel across the road , the room 300 had been used ! Some told me this is 4th a situation had happened and believed it a staff or shop worker etc as door are left open whilst not in use ! I will taking this expedia directly "

"My husband was diagnosed with dengue fever during our stay and staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. Aline was great and very helpful with all the requests. Everyone was lovely. The breakfast has loads of options, parking was a great perk. "
