"while I was checking in front desk staff specifically one girl was very rude, I might never being rude with my guest like that while working. Then there room floor was not that clean also the window glass. I booked sea view room due to the blurr window i couldn’t enjoy the view that much. AC was not working on the night. We called on the front desk told them the problem but they didn’t respond. On the breakfast there is a old guy working he was literally racist.. He asked me 3/4 times that which room I am staying in and do I know breakfast is not included with our stay. on the other hand he was literally licking another white guest was there. I never expected this kind of behaviour. The Ocean colombo hotel stay was worst part of my trip on sri lanka."

"The hotel is nice but for a hilton could be better. We stayed here at the start and end of our holiday . It was a nice place to start but on our return we had a very smelly room which stank of stale smoke even though it was a non smoking room. We asked it to be fixed which it was not. The reception stuff were not as friendly compared to staff at other hotels in sri lanka and generally sri lankan people."
